The first official BCS Standings were released Sunday night and the top 10 shapes up like this:

South Carolina finds themselves outside of the top 10, which isn't a big surprise to anyone, at No. 14. The Gamecocks are the fifth highest one loss team and are one of five SEC teams in the top 25. The Big-12 is tied with the SEC as the second-most-represented conference in the first release of the BCS Standings, each with five teams ranked. The Big Ten sits at No. 1 with six ranked teams.
